浙江省民营酒店行业转型接轨养老服务业初探

摘　　要：随着浙江省快速步入老龄化社会,养老服务业的缺失和不足愈发明显;与此同时,酒店行业整体由于大环境影响,呈现出产能过剩的态势。养老服务机构的供不应求与酒店服务业的供大于求的业态矛盾,促使浙江部分民营酒店集团采取措施谋求转型,将部分过剩产能转入到养老服务业,以此分担政府的养老负担又积极助力旗下酒店转型发展。本文就民营酒店行业与养老产业的融合性进行深入分析,并就民营酒店转型至养老产业需解决的关键问题提出对策和建议。Nowadays China faces the challenge of lack of pension services in a society that is rapidly ageing. At the same time,the hotel industry is sustaining excess capacity by reason of the influence of the sluggish market. This prompts private operated hotel groups to make prior considerations that turns their loss- making hotels to pension institutions. In this paper,the feasibility of the private operated hotels transform and upgrade to nursing homes is analyzed. Then this paper puts forward some suggestions on the key problems of converting private- operated hotels to the pension industry.
