项目化教学模式下高职院校兼职教师有效管理研究与实践

摘　　要：项目化教学模式是高职教育人才培养模式的重大改革,它以能力本位思想为指导,以企业真实的项目为载体,在着力培养学生专业岗位领域实际操作技能的同时,注重学生知识的积累和正确职业态度的养成,具有鲜明的职业性和企业化特征。在项目化教学模式下,兼职教师发挥着不可替代的作用。在这样一种新型的教学模式下,建立和完善兼职教师管理机制,做好兼职教师聘任、培训、使用等各个环节的工作是兼职教师有效管理的关键所在。Project-based teaching mode is a major reform in the personnel training mode of higher vocational education. Guided by the competency-based thought and carried by the true projects from the enterprises, the project-based teaching mode aims at cultivating the practical operation skills of the students in professional posts. At the same time, it pays attention to cultivating the knowledge accu- mulation and the correct professional attitudes formation of the students. Therefore, it is characterized by distinct professionalism and enterprization. The part-time faculty plays an irreplaceable role under the project-based teaching mode. It is the key of the effective management of the par〉time fac-ulty to build and perfect the management mechanism and to do all aspects of the work well including employing, training and using.
