摘 要:在移动网络迅速发展的背景下,食品安全风险防控由过去的单一防范事件发生,到既要防范事件发生,又要治理网络舆情双重任务的转变。重点分析食品安全智库参与食品安全网络舆情治理的必要性,认为食品安全智库应发挥其在网络信息搜集、风险评估、风险预警和信息滤过的功能,并提出构建以食品安全智库为核心,食品安全多元主体参与的社会共治新模式。With the rapid development of mobile network , strategies on preventing and controlling food safety related risks have developed into dual tasks of preventing and controlling risks on the one hand , and managing public opinions on internet on the other hand. By analyzing the significance of think tank's roles in managing public opinions on food safety by internet , it is pointed out that the roles of think tank in collecting and filtering food safety related information , appraising and early warning of risks should be played , and accordingly , new model of jointly social governance participated by various bodies , with think tank as its core , should be constructed.
