基于行业性向的高职院校办学体制机制创新研究——以四川水利职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：创新体制机制,推动职业教育教育教学改革与产业转型升级衔接配套,促进产教融合,是职业院校人才培养模式改革创新的难点。本文以四川水利职业技术学院为例,论述了行业高职院校合作育人体制机制创新的新思路、新举措,探索走出了基于水利行业性向的高职院校办学体制机制创新路径。Innovative institutional mechanisms to promote vocational education and education reform cohesion supporting industrial transformation and upgrading, promote the integration of production with teaching, vocational colleges is the difficulty of talent training mode reform and innovation.
