摘 要:通过对湖北省三所具有代表性的高师院校师范生进行问卷调查,发现新课改下师范生课堂学习存在诸多问题,主要表现在师范生对新课改内容学习得不够全面和深入,导致有关新课改的认知、素养及能力方面的欠缺;由于课堂学习形式单一,实际学习效能低,课堂学习现状与师范生期望值之间差距较大。文章通过分析存在的问题及其产生的原因,提出要完善课程设置与评价、教师要变革教育观念和教学方法、加强学生对新课标下的教学感性认知、师范生要端正学习动机和职业方向、改革和完善学校对教师的评价指标和体系等相应对策。Through questionnaire survey of three representative normal university students in Hubei Province,it is found that there are many problems in classroom learning in the context of new curriculum reforms .The problems are mainly displayed in the aspect that the students do not understand the contents of the new curriculum reform well,which leads to the lack of ability and the cognition .Due to the single class-room learning form and low practical learning efficiency,the gap between present situation of classroom learning and the students' expectation is large .Based on the analysis of the existing problems and their causes,the paper puts forward that the curriculum and evaluation system shall be improved and the teacher must change education idea and method as well as to strengthen students' perception of the teaching of new curricu-lum standards .In the meanwhile,the students must correct their learning motivation and professional direction and the evaluation index and sys-tem of teachers should also be reformed and improved .
