摘　　要：随着社会经济的不断发展，在当前的食品领域当中，出现了功能食品这种食品类型。功能食品大多具有充足的营养成分，能够有效的减少人们患病的几率，改善人体的健康状况。由此可以看出，在未来的发展当中，功能食品和功能性食品添加剂必将会得到更大的进步。with the continuous development of social economy, in the field of the current food a functional food the food types. Most functional foods with plenty of nutrition, can effectively reduce the rate of sick people, improve the health of human body.
