摘  要:为分析电动汽车混入对交通网络的影响,综合考虑出行能耗、旅行时间及充电服务时间等影响因素,确定了电动汽车出行的一般化费用函数,给出了电动汽车混入条件下的交通网络均衡条件,提出了与均衡条件等价的变分不等式模型,讨论了模型解的存在性与唯一性;设计了求解算法,并构建数值算例以验证模型和算法的有效性。研究结果表明:所提出的模型和算法有效、可行;充电设施的建设应根据电动汽车的混入率进行近期规划,同时综合考虑路网交通状态及电网负荷程度等对其进行远期规划,以保证交通网络运行状态的稳定性。To analyze the effect of electric vehicles (EVs) on traffic network, considering influence factors, travel time, energy consumption and charging service time, the generalized travel cost function for EV was presented. A variational inequality (VI) model equivalent to equilibrium condition was proposed after analyzing traffic network equilibrium condition under hybrid traffic flow with EV. The existence and uniqueness of model solution were discussed. A solution algorithm for solving the proposed model was designed and numerical example was constructed to verify the validity of model and algorithm. The results show that the proposed model and algorithm are effective and feasible. The construction of charging infrastructures should be planned based on EV penetration rate in the near future, meanwhile, the traffic status and the load of electricity grid should be considered comprehensively in the long-term planning of traffic charging station. In such way can stability of traffic network running state be ensured.
