摘  要:"顶岗实习、置换培训"搭建了高等学校与基础教育共同开展教师教育培训的平台。该模式在实践中反映出师范生教师职业知识和技能的某些缺失、在职教师培训需求调研不够等问题,因此应加强实习过程指导,建立培训专家团队,改革教师教育课程体系和在职教师培训课程体系,建立交流研修网络平台等,以期为更好发展贵州农村地区教师教育提供借鉴。" Taking post for field work and replacement training" is an exploration of teacher~ education innovation model in rural Guizhou, which prepares a platform for teachers education training between higher education and elementary education. The present study points out the problems existing in this mode, including the lack of professional knowledge and skills in normal students, and the inadequacy of research on quest of in - service teacher etc. In view of the present situation, we propose a series of measures such as strengthening the guidance of internship, setting up training expert team, reforming teacher "s education curriculum system and in - service teachers training curriculum system, and establishing a network for communication in the hope of providing some reference for teachers education in rural Guizhou.
