摘　　要：教育质量要提高,教师的素质就要加强,高校党员教师是教师队伍的中坚力量,高校要加强敬业精神的培养和实现,需要教育好党员教师,充分发挥这支队伍的模范带头作用。To improve the quality of education,the quality of teachers is necessary to be strengthened.Party teacher member are the backbone of teachers in the college.It is necessary for college to strengthen the professional dedication by educating party teacher member well and giving full play to the exemplary role of the team.
