摘　　要：高等职业教育体系在整个现代职业教育体系中发挥着承上启下的作用。从构建高职教育体系切入,结合云南实施"工业强省"战略,推进产业转型升级发展,建设滇中城市经济圈对高素质技术技能人才的需求,提出对专科高职院校、举办高职本科的综合大学二级学院、转型发展的地方本科院校分类管理的对策建议,探讨"十三五"期间支持举办应用型高职本科院校,完善工科类高职人才培养体系的策略。Higher vocational education system plays a vital role in the modern vocational education system. This paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions of classification management for higher vocational colleges,the second-level higher vocational undergraduate in general university and transformation local colleges,on the base of constructing vocational education system,combining with strategies of powerful industrial province,promoting development of industry transformation and upgrading,the demands for higher qualified personnel to build city economic zone in central Yunnan. The paper also presents the measures about classification management of higher vocational colleges,the secondary schools of undergraduate comprehensive university,local undergraduate institutions,transformation local undergraduate colleges,this paper further discusses the strategies of running applied higher vocational undergraduate and perfecting higher vocational personnel training system in engineering colleges during the period of'thirteenth five-year '.
