基于“校企双主体”的“现代学徒制”育人模式探索

摘　　要：在分析国内现代学徒制人才培养现行案例的基础上,力求围绕现代学徒制的内涵,发现我国实行现代学徒制人才培养模式存在的主要问题,并从国家层面降低校企合作的办学成本、消除双方的信息不均等性、减少企业专用性资产所带来的投资风险等方面出发,提出中国特色现代学徒制推进的几点思考。Based on the analysis of the cases of the talent training of apprenticeship which have been carrying out in China. The paper presents the main problems of apprenticeship training modes,and also proposes some thinks about how to boost Chinese characteristics apprenticeship system from the following sides: firstly,reducing the school running cost of school-enterprise cooperation; secondly,removing information inequality of both sides; thirdly,reducing investment risk from the specific asset invested by enterprises.
