摘　　要：中国经济新常态要求高等职业教育要更加重视中高端技术技能人才的培养,为经济提质增效升级培养宏大的知识型、技术型、创新型劳动者大军。高职院校应关注并主动适应、服务经济发展新常态,围绕高素质技术技能型人才的培养目标,建设一支高素质、高水平的师资队伍,不断提高人才培养质量,为实现中国经济提质增效升级提供人才保障和智力支撑。Higher vocational education has been putting even more emphasis on mid-senior technical and skilled talents training which is to meet the needs of the 'New Normal'of Chinese economy. This purpose is to improve quality and effectiveness to cultivate knowledgable,technical and innovative labour force. Higher vocational education should care and adapt to the 'New Normal 'of Chinese economy.Centering on the high-quality technical and skilled talents educational goal and building a high-level quality teachers team,which is to continuously improve talent quality and provide talent guarantee and intelligent support to improve quality and effectiveness of Chinese economy.
