摘 要:内嵌式溢油回收机是海面溢油回收应急响应的重要机械化装备之一,扫油臂端部(浮筒)与围油栏卷筒速度同步控制是其关键技术。以内嵌式溢油回收系统中浮筒与围油栏卷筒线速度同步控制系统为研究对象,提出了以PLC为控制核心,采用PID与"同等方式"联合同步控制方案,实现以双HST驱动的双马达速度协调控制;给出了速度同步控制系统硬件设计方案,并对系统关键技术控制软件进行设计与运行;运用Matlab仿真软件对系统速度进行仿真与分析,给出了线速度误差的评价方法。该阶段研究成果为本项目后续工作及同类技术设计提供了参考依据。Embedded spilled oil recovery machine is one of the important mechanical equipment of oil spill emergency response,and the speed synchronization of sweep arm end( float) and oil fence reel is the key technology of that. By taking the control system of line speed synchronization of float and oil fence reel of embedded spilled oil recovery machine as a study object,the joint synchronization control scheme which adopted PID and equal control manner is put forward in order to realize the speed coordination control of dual motor driven by double HST with the programmable logical controller( PLC) as the core of controller. The scheme of hardware design for the speed synchronization control system was given,and the software of the key technologies of system were designed and run. The system speed was simulated and analyzed by using Matlab simulation software,and the evaluation methods of the linear velocity errors were also put forward. The study results in this stage provide a reference for design work of the follow-up and similar technologies.
