现代职业教育体系下我国高职人才培养目标定位的理性思考与现实选择

摘　　要：我国高职教育人才培养目标定位经历了探索、定型和完善三个时期。现代职业教育体系要求我国高职院校人才培养目标定位为高端技能型人才,主要特征是职业道德高、专业技能高、知识水平较高、迁移能力强、创新能力强、可持续发展能力强,培养途径在于校企一体化的办学理念、现代学徒制的培养模式、教学做一体的教学模式以及教师与师傅分工合作的师资队伍。The training objectives positioning of higher vocational education in China experienced exploration, stereotypes and improving periods. Modern vocational education system required that the personnel training objectives of higher vocational colleges should be defined as high-skilled personnel, its main features are high ethical, high professional skills, high level of knowledge, strong migration ability, strong innovation ability, and strong sustainable development ability. Its training ways are by the educational philosophy of school-enterprise integration, the training mode of modern apprenticeship, the teaching mode of teaching-learning-doing integration, the teaching staff of division of labor and master.
