摘　　要：河北经贸大学进行了10余年研究生教育的培养模式探索,加强在研究生教育中"双导师制"以及社会导师队伍建设。针对部分社会导师队伍的建设中指导时间不能保证、社会导师与校内老师沟通不够等问题,提出社会导师对研究生的全程教育是创新和重点。The Hebei university of economy and trade has explored for more than 10 years of postgraduate education training mode, strengthened the ＂double tutorial system＂ in the graduate student education and the construction of the society tutors.Aimed at some problems in the construction of the society tutor team, such as part of the society guidance time cannot guaranteed, insufficient communication of social supervisor with the school teacher, the whole process of society tutor education on postgraduates is the innovation and the key.
