摘 要:本研究依据项目管理动态控制"‘计划-实施-反馈-调整’循环"的原理,提出高校教学质量常态性自我监测的管理思路,其包含两部分:全过程监测和教学质量偏差纠正。寻找教学质量偏差有两种途径:教学质量的日常监测和关键性教学质量控制点的质量评审。据此,教学质量的自我监测可提炼为"拟定日常监测和评审指标、教学质量日常监测、关键质量控制点的教学质量评审、教学质量偏差纠正"四个环节,并详细分析教学质量标准监测流程、教学质量日常监测流程、关键质量控制点的教学质量评审流程、教学质量偏差纠正流程和教学质量风险的管理模型。Based on the loop principle of dynamic control in project management including planning,implementation,feedback and adjustment,this paper proposes the teaching quality self-monitoring idea,which consists of two parts:one is to monitor the whole process,while the other is to correct the deviation of teaching quality.There are two ways to search for deviations of teaching quality:one is the daily monitoring of teaching quality,while the second is the evaluation of teach-ing quality of critical control points.Accordingly,the self-monitoring of teaching quality can be refined as four links:to draft indexes of monitoring and evaluation,to monitor teaching quality daily,to evaluate teaching quality at the key quality control points and to correct the deviation of teaching quality.At last,the monitoring process about the standard of teaching quality,the daily teaching quality monitoring process,the teaching quality evaluation process,the process to correct the teaching quality deviation and the management model of the teaching quality risk are analyzed.
