摘  要:师范教育的发展和改革不应割断历史,抛弃中师的优良传统,另起炉灶。师范教育也不应照搬发达国家教师教育的模式,因为我国与西方国家政治制度不同、思想文化不同,教育理念和传统也有很大差异。中师教育的成功经验以及当前小学教师培养的问题和困难,揭示出小学教师培养应以初中为起点,实行免费定向培养,头两年应实行中师的管理模式,学科教学论课程的重点放在学习课程标准和分析小学教材上,加强实践教学,并适当安排儿童学习心理和培养学生教育科研能力的课程。The development and reform of normal education should not be cut off history, abandoning the classroo m fine tradition, stove, which should be for junior college students education in the new situation of the development and promotion.Normal education should not be a copy of teacher education in the developed countries,because China and western countries to different political system, ideology and culture, and education concept and traditional also have very big difference.Classroo m the successful experience of education and the current problems and difficulties, and the primary school teachers training revealed a primary school teacher training in junior high school as a starting point, free orientation training for junior college students of management model should be put into effect in the first two years, the emphasis should be placed on the teaching of learning curriculum standards and primary school teaching material analysis, strengthen practice teaching, and appropriate arrangements for children’s learning psychology and cultivating students’ education scientific research ability.
