摘　　要：认知负荷理论是研究认知过程和教学设计框架的一个主要理论,信息技术的进步和互联网大数据的不断发展促使翻转课堂的兴起。基于认知负荷理论,大学英语课堂可以通过设计微课实现翻转。Cognitive load theory is an primary theory to study cognitive process and the framework for teaching design,the progress of information technology and the continuous development of big data contribute to spring up of flipped class.Based on cognitive load theory,it is possible to flip college English class through the design of micro-class.
