摘　　要：师范院校的办学特色在于培养符合社会需求的教师教育类人才,但在社会需求总量增幅不大的情况下,师范院校毕业生与其他类型高校毕业生之间就业竞争愈发激烈,体制内、外就业压力增大,急需从政府、高校、用人单位、毕业生自身等多层面构建社会支持体系,做到师范生就业政策有保障、信息有传递、技能有培训、情感有依托,帮助毕业生顺利就业。Characteristics of normal university is to improve the social demand of teachers, but when the total social demand is not growing, under the condition of normal university and universities in other types of the same level, and professional graduates employment competition exceptionally intense, between growing employment pressure, need from the aspects of policy, information, skills and emotions such as building a social support system, in order to broaden the employment channels, promote the competitiveness of the employment.
