摘 要:基于问题的学习(problem-based learning,PBL)是一种以设置问题为基础,以学生为中心的新型教学模式。开放性实验教学也以学生为中心,教师为引导,变传统的被动学习为主动学习,全面提高学生综合素质的一种教学体系。为了提高植物组织培养课程的教学质量,我们将PBL结合开放性实验教学模式引入教学中,通过期末考试成绩和问卷调查两种方式分析教学效果。结果表明:PBL结合开放性实验教学模式激发了学生的学习兴趣,有利于学生对理论知识的掌握,增强了沟通和交流的能力,培养了自学和独立思考的能力,提高了实验操作以及科技论文撰写等方面的综合能力,取得了较好的效果,值得在植物组织培养及类似课程教学中推广应用。Problem-based learning ( PBL) is a problem-based and student-centered new teaching model.Open experimental teaching is a comprehensive quality teaching system with student-centered, teacher-led and traditional passive learning into active learning.In order to improve the teaching quality of plant tissue culture, the teaching mode of PBL combined with open experimental was introduced into the teaching course, and the teaching effects were analyzed by the final examination and self-evaluation investigation questionnaire. The results showed that the teaching mode of PBL combined with open experimental could stimulate students′learning interesting, help students to master the theory knowledge, enhance the ability of communication and interaction between students, improve their self-study ability, independent thinking ability, experimental operation ability and comprehensive ability of scientific paper writing, etc, all of which indicates that the new teaching mode of PBL combined with open experimental could effectively improve the teaching quality. It is worthy of popularization and application in the teaching of plant tissue culture and similar courses.
