食品加工专业大学生创业与就业现状分析及对策研究

摘　　要：高校毕业生就业创业工作是教育领域重要的民生工程,党和国家高度重视,明确要求强化就业创业服务体系建设,提升大学生就业创业比例。食品加工专业毕业生就业率高,但是失业率也高,而能够自主创业的就更少。跟踪调查了近年来食品加工专业学生毕业后的工作状况,对该专业学生就业和自主创业做了翔实的考察和探索,并提出了实施创业教育的解决方法。Employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates is an important livelihood projects in the field of education. The party and the country attach great importance to strengthen the construction of explicit requirements and employment service system, improve the proportion of employment and entrepreneurship of college students. The graduates in the field of food processing can easily get job but the unemployment rate are also very high, and then the number of the graduates is so small who can start a career for oneself. The author has investigated the condition of employment of the graduate in the college of food processing in recent years, have done initial study to the question how to start a career and make it stable. Finally, some way about teaching how to career have been got.
