摘  要:对长沙环境保护职业技术学院食品营养与检测专业7年的顶岗实习相关信息和数据进行统计,分析发现:"推荐实习与自主选择相结合、实习与就业"相结合的做法,有效地解决了学生实习与就业的双重压力,但也给顶岗实习过程管理带来了困难。针对顶岗实习过程管理存在的问题,应从岗位技术含量、单位性质、区域位置以及实习与就业结合等方面考量,加强校外实习基地建设质量,并归口学校层面实行统一平台管理,同时拓展更多更优质校外实习基地,明确实习单位、校方和学生三方的责任,让学生明确顶岗实习全过程的工作任务和考核目标,并严格实施"在线管理"。Through the statistics of related information and data about substitution internship of food nutrition and detection of Changsha Vocational and Technical College of Environmental Protection in 7 years, it is found that the method of "combining recommending practice and independent choosing, combining practice and employment" the practice of combining effectively solves the pressure of student internship and employment, but also brought difficulties to process management of substitution internship. Aiming at the existing problems of process management, we should improve the quality of off-campus practice base and make them belong to school to manage by the unified platform, meanwhile expand more and better off-campus practice base, define the responsibilities of unite, school and student, let students clear task and objective of substitution internship process, and strictly implement the "online management"
