离子色谱法同时测定酿酒用水中六种阳离子的研究

摘　　要：为了检测水中Li＋、Na＋、NH4＋、K＋、Mg2＋、Ca2＋,建立了一种快速、灵敏的采用离子色谱同时测定水中6种阳离子的方法。以20mmol/L甲基磺酸（MSA）为淋洗液,流速为1m L/min。结果表明：6种阳离子在相应的浓度范围内,峰面积与浓度之间具有良好的线性关系（r2≥0.9910）,加标回收率在80.13%~119.83%之间。该方法在15min内6种阳离子能够完全分离,具有操作简单、快捷、准确、重复性好的特点。A rapid quantitative method of ion chromatography has been developled for the analysis of six cations（Li＋、Na＋、NH4＋、K＋、Mg2＋、Ca2＋） in water. 20mmol/L MSA was used as the eluent and the flow rate was 1m L/min. The results showed the calibration curves of peak area versus concentration gave correlation cofficients more than 0.9910 for these cations. The spiked recoveries were within 80.13%~ 119.83%.The method has been successfully applied to analyze six cations in water in 15 minutes. The method was simple, quick, accurate and reliable.
