食品质量与安全专业开设信息化监管技术课程的探索——以上海理工大学为例

摘　　要：阐述了食品安全信息化监管技术的基本概念,探讨了我国高校食品质量与安全专业开设食品安全信息化监管技术课程的必要性及重要性。以上海理工大学为例,探索了开设食品安全信息化监管技术课程的性质与目的、教材与内容及教学方法等,以期为我国高校食品质量与安全专业开设食品安全信息化监管技术课程提供一定的借鉴。The basic concept of information supervision technology for food quality and safety is descriped here and the necessity and importance of the course for Food Quality and Safety majors in colleges are also discussed. In the current study,the course of information supervision technology for food quality and safety at University of Shanghai for Science and Technology in described analyzed.Some issues including the teaching,purpose,contents and methods are presented in this paper w hich may promote the development of curriculum system for Food Quality and Safety Discipline in colleges.
