摘 要:【目的】研究新疆昌吉州玛纳斯不同树龄赤霞珠葡萄根系的分布,为确定各个树龄葡萄树所适用的栽培方法提供参考。【方法】以玛纳斯地区树龄1,3,4,6,7,12和13年的赤霞珠葡萄植株为试验材料,采用挖掘法进行调查:以葡萄树干为起点,在距葡萄主干南北侧0~60cm以及距主干东侧0~120cm区域顺行挖深120cm的取样区,将此边长为120cm立方体的取样区再划分为边长30cm的小区域,将每个小区域葡萄根系慢慢抖落除去附着土壤后,对该区域内的根系进行观察、分类和计数。【结果】赤霞珠葡萄根系水平分布范围一般为距主干两侧90cm内,垂直方向分布深度一般为60cm,集中分布土层深度为0~30cm。从根系类型来看,其根系主要以直径〈2mm的吸收根和2mm≤直径〈5mm的侧根为主,5mm≤直径〈10mm的根量较少。从不同树龄来看,4年树龄以下时根系延伸幅度较大,而树龄超过4年后,垂直方向上根系缓慢延伸甚至停止延伸,主要与水分和养分等生长条件有关。【结论】葡萄植株的根系分布情况与土壤质地和树龄有密切关系。[Objective] This paper studied the distribution of Cabernet ent ages in Manas Changji to choose rational vine cultivation methods for od] Mining investigation method was adopted to investigated Cabernet Sau Sauvignon grape roots at differ- grapes at different ages. [Meth- vignon grape plants with ages of 1,3,4,6,7,12 and 13 years in Manas area. Starting from trunk,sampling area w north sides of 0-60 cm and on the eastern side of 0--120 cm with anterograde dug long the 1 Soil was s The roots the horizo cm side,the hypercube sampling area was divided to small regions wi ken off the roots in each region before the root system was observed nta as set on the south and deep of 120 cm. Then a- th side length of 30 cm. and counted. [Result] Cabernet sauvignon generally distributed in the region less than 90 cm away from the trunk in 1 direction and less than 60 cm away from surface vertically, centered in depth of 0--30 cm. Absorbing roots with diameter of 〈2 mm and lateral roots with diameter of ≥2-〈5 mm were the main category while those with diameter of ≥5-〈10 mm were less. Roots of trees with age of less than 4 years grew fast in the horizontal and vertical directions while those of trees older than 4 years grew slowly or e- ven stopped due to the effects of soil moisture and nutrient conditions. [Conclusion] The distribution of grape roots was affected by soil type and age.
