摘  要:目的提高高校本科生的科研能力。方法以苏州大学药学院2010—2014级本科生作为研究对象,在本科生中引入导师制。以导师实验室为载体,让本科生参与到导师的科研项目中,通过师生共同努力,在实验中提升学生的科研能力、培养学生的创新思维。结果实行导师制的五届学生,其科研能力均得到了明显提高。结论在本科生中实施导师制,让学生在导师实验室中提高科研能力是切实可行的措施。Objective To promote the research capability of our undergraduates. Methods The tutor system has been adopted for the classes of 2010-2014 in the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Soochow University. The undergraduates participated in research pro-jects via hands-on experiences in their tutors’ laboratories, in order to promote the research capability and creativity of the students. Results For all classes covered under the tutor system, there have been significant improvements in the research capability of the undergrad-uates. Conclusion Introducing the laboratory-based tutor system to the undergraduates was a practical approach to promote their research capability.
