摘 要:目的评价《中医诊断学》临证思维训练模式教学改革的效果。方法将2013级开设《中医诊断学》课程的60名学生作为研究对象,试验组30人,依据临证思维训练的宗旨,结合运用多种教学方法与综合评价体系完成教学任务;对照组采用传统教学模式,以成绩考核为主要评价指标。结果试验组综合成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.05),且学生自我评价满意度较高。结论中医诊断学临证思维训练模式,充分考虑课程特色,教学中强调四诊技能的训练与中医辨证思维的培养,在一定程度上弥补了传统教学模式的缺陷,教学效果良好。Objective To evaluate the effect of the teaching reform of Diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Methods Taking 60 students who were learning Diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the research object, the experimental group had 30 students whose teaching methods were various and comprehensive appraisal system according to the training purposes. The control group had 30 students whose teaching methods were traditional, and score was the main index. Results Comprehensive results of the experimental group performed significantly better than that of the control group( P 〈0.05), and the students’ self-evaluation were higher. Conclusion The teaching mode of Diagnostics of Traditional Chinese Medicine considered the course features, emphasized the development of teaching skills, and trained the thinking mode of TCM, which made up for the shortcomings of traditional teaching mode, and had a good effect.
