APQN在亚太地区教育质量保障进程中的特点及影响

摘　　要：今天,教育"标准化"与"质量保障"领域活跃着一批非营利性质的国际组织,他们正在努力使世界变得更加"卓越"、更加"美好"。本文通过分析2014年亚太地区教育质量保障组织(APQN)会员、10年间国际学术研讨会以及APQN活动的特点及影响,指出经过12年的发展,APQN已经成为亚洲和太平洋沿岸地区高等教育质量保障领域内最庞大、最具影响力的国际组织,正显示出巨大的生命力和多样性。APQN十年国际学术会议凸显"教育质量保障"核心;APQN吸引着越来越多的国家或地区参与教育质量保障的活动。In the 21st century, in the field of ＂educational quality assurance＂, some active non-profit international organizations are working hard to make the world better and more excel- lent. Through analyzing the composing members of 2014 the Asia-Pacific Quality Network （APQN）, and reviewing APQN academic conferences and activities in the past 10 years, this pa- per draws the following conclusions. After the 12-year development, APQN has become the largest and most influential international organization in the field of higher education quality as- surance （QA） in the Asia-Pacific region. The core of APQN＇s academic conferences in the past 10 years is ＂quality assurance＂; and APQN attracts more and more members from different countries or territories to involve in QA activities.
