摘　　要：高职辅导员队伍的建设日渐成为高职院校发展的重要课题,本文从高职辅导员队伍目前面临的几大主要问题入手,以天津中德职业技术学院在辅导员队伍建设方面实施的举措为例,提出了提高职业准入制度、关注培训方式、优化工作模式及完善考核制度等对策,旨在逐步形成适合高职院校辅导员队伍建设的工作机制。Instructors team construction is becoming an important topic in the development of higher vocational colleges. Starting from the main problems in the current instructors team of higher vocational colleges, the paper discusses the measures of instructors team construction in Tianjin Sino- German Vocational Technical College and describes the countermeasures, such as improving occupational access system, paying more attention to the training mode, optimizing working mode and perfecting examination system, aiming to gradually form a working mechanism suitable for instructors team construction in higher vocational colleges.
