摘　　要：根据评价理论,结合青少年科技素质教育项目实践,归纳了青少年科技素质教育项目绩效评价的功能和青少年科技素质教育项目绩效评价模型设计的依据,在此基础上构建了青少年科技素质教育项目绩效评价模型。可为青少年科技素质教育项目绩效评价指标体系的设计提供参考。According to evaluation theories, combined with the scientific and technological quality education projects of teenagers, this paper summarizes the functions of the performance evaluation for the scientific and technological quality education projects of teenagers and the basis for the design of a model for it. On this basis, the model is established, and it can provide a reference for the design of the performance evaluation model for the scientific and technological quality education projects of teenagers.
