摘　　要：培养学生的英语翻译和写作能力是大学英语教学的重要任务之一。然而在艺术专业的大学英语翻译和写作教学中出现了一些新问题,本文阐述了教师不断探索新方法以求解决翻译和写作教学中出现的新问题的过程。The cultivation of students＇ English translating and writing ability is one of the important tasks in college English teaching. However, some new problems have appeared in English translating and writing teaching of college art majors. This paper expounds how teachers explore new teaching methods continu-ously to solve the new problems in English translating and writing teaching of college art majors.
