摘　　要：阐述了“班级导师制”是很多高职院校进行教育教学质量改革举措之一，并从高职院校配备班级导师的必要性、班级导师的择选、岗位职责及班级导师基于过程的“导”等方面探讨如何在新形势下体现班级导师制在高职院校的主位作用。Elaborated ＂class tutor system＂ is one of many higher vocational college education quality of teaching reform measures, from the necessity of higher vocational colleges is equipped with the class teacher, class teacher＇s choice, job responsibilities anti class teacher ＂guide＂, class tutor process ＂guide＂ and other aspects to discuss how to reflect the role of the class tutor system in higher vocational colleges under the new situation.
