摘 要:通过对哈尔滨征仪路北段三个交叉路口目前几何布局、交通流量、相位设置以及交通运行和控制方案等进行调查,对此三个路口进行干道绿波控制研究,并且通过对单点信号交叉口配时方案优化以及图解法设计绿波控制优化后的新的信号配时方案,最后利用VISSIM软件对优化前后的路段及交叉口进行仿真并输出路段排队长度以及延误时间。研究结果表明:三个路口最大排队长度及平均排队长度都有减少,延误时间分别减少了38.20%以及24.93%,证明该控制方案能够有效地缓解该路段的交通拥挤状况。Through the investigation on the geometric layout,traffic volume,phase setting,and traffic control scheme of three intersections of the northern part of Zhengyi Road,a green wave control for the northern part of Zhengyi Road was designed. Timing plan was optimized for single-point signal intersection,and graphic method was used to design the new signal timing scheme after green wave control. The VISSIM software was used to simulate the traffic condition to compare before and after the optimization on the road intersections and output the queue length and delay time. The results showed that the maximum queue length and average queue length for the three intersections were reduced,and the delay time were reduced by 38. 20% and 24. 93%,respectively,which indicated that the optimized control can effectively ease traffic jam in this section of the road.
