摘 要:通过研究知识共享模式下的研究生课程体系,优化现代研究生教育教学资源整合,提升培养质量。文中以研究生阶段的电机与拖动类课程群建设为例,研究将知识共享模式用于理论教学环节,建立优化教学资源,实现"长、短结合,多课互通"的教学模式。在课程群建设中充分体现这一原则,实现本、硕课程打通式教学以及研究生阶段课程实现专业理论互享教学,既能够节约有限教学课时,又能够突出各课程的特有前沿知识,保障了教学资源的合理分配。Through the research of the knowledge sharing mode in graduate course system,the optimization of the modern graduate education integration of teaching resources is carried out to improve the training quality. Graduate course system is the planning guidance to carry out the study of graduate education. In this paper,using the construction of electrical motor and driving course group of the graduate students as an example,knowledge sharing model is carried out in the course teaching,establishing the optimization of teaching resources and realizing the ‘long-short coupling,multi-course exchanging’teaching mode. The course group construction has fully reflected this principle,to achieve the undergraduate-to-graduate knowledge learning mode,graduate course to achieve professional theory mutual teaching,which can not only save the limited teaching hours,but also highlight the frontiers of knowledge of each course and guarantee the reasonable allocation of teaching resources.
