摘　　要：通过在综合实训教学中实践建构主义理论,利用网络教育技术的交互性优势,应用个性化教育策略,注重能力和素质的培养,使学生主动建构并不断完善自身的知识体系,达到知识迁移和潜能激发的目的,教学效果明显提升。Based on constructivism in the teaching of comprehensive training practice,look for ways of constructivist theory into practice,in constructivist educational philosophy comprehensive training courses and rolled out on a larger area. Using the advantage of the interactivity of e- learning technology,personalized education strategy focuses on ability and quality training so that students actively construct knowledge system and constantly improve their own,achieve the purpose of knowledge transfer and potential inspired teaching has improved significantly.
