摘  要:以石榴皮为原料,分别采用水煎煮法、加热回流法、超声提取法及微波提取法提取石榴皮色素,并对石榴皮色素的染色性能和抗氧化活性进行比较。结果表明:微波提取法的提取率最高;微波提取法和超声提取法提取的石榴皮色素的染色性能和抗氧化活性基本相同,比水煎煮法和加热回流法高;不同方法提取的石榴皮色素的上染率均随染液pH值的增大而升高,颜色也随之加深;加入媒染剂后色素的染色牢度增强;不同方法提取的石榴皮色素对DPPH自由基的清除率均在90%以上,具有很强的抗氧化活性。Using pomegranate peel as material,the pigments from pomegranate peel was extracted by hot water extraction method,heating refluxing extraction method,ultrasonic extraction method and microwave extraction method.Dyeing properties and antioxidant activity of pigments were also compared between these four methods.Results indicated that the extraction rate of microwave extraction method was the highest,and the pigments extracted by microwave extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method had better dyeing property and antioxidant activity than that by hot water extraction method and heating refluxing extraction method.The dye-uptake rate and color of pigments increased with increasing of pH value,and color fastness was enhanced with mordant dyeing.The DPPH free radical scavenging rate of pigments extracted by different extraction methods were all above 90%,and had very strong antioxidant activity.
