摘　　要：新甲基橙皮苷二氢查耳酮（NHDC）作为一种香料、增味剂、苦味抑制剂、甜味剂及功能添加剂，在食品、医药、饲料等具有广阔，的应用前景。本文首先概述NHDC的理化性质及合成方法，然后着重介绍了NHDC的药理作用，保护肝脏、新型胃药、抗流感研究、美白剂化妆品、抗氧化、降低血糖血脂等生理功能，同时介绍了NHDC的产品特点、产品应用实例及在各个国家的批准应用情况。As a kind of spices, flavoring agents, bitterness inhibitors, sweeteners and functional additives, NHDC has broad application prospects in food, medicine, fodder, etc. First, the thesis summarizes the physicochemical property and synthetic methods of NHDC. Second, the authors introduce its pharmacological effects and physiological functions like liver protection, new stomach medicine, anti - influenza research, whitening agent cosmetic, antioxidant, lowering blood sugar and blood fat. Meanwhile, the thesis introduces the characteristics of NHDC, product application examples and approval application situations in each country.
