摘　　要：在倡导教育治理和加快发展现代职业教育的时代背景下,科研管理作为科研活动的一个重要环节,对高职院校的办学水平有着重要的影响。为此,在对科研管理的意义和内涵进行探析的基础上,对高职院校科研管理的运行策略进行较为深入的理性思考,进一步提升高职院校的办学绩效,提高教师、学生及其家长对高职院校的忠诚度和满意度,以增强高职院校的竞争优势。In the background of advocating education governance and accelerating modern vocational education development, science research management as an important link of science research activities, has a great influence on higher vocational college＇s school-running level. Therefore, based on the analysis of scientific research management＇s significance and connotation, the researchers think deeply about the operation strategy of scientific research management in higher vocational college, further enhance the performance of higher vocational college, improve the loyalty and satisfaction of teachers, students and their parents to higher vocational college, so as to strengthen higher vocational college＇s competitive advantages.
