隐性知识视角下构建高职院校公益创业教育体系的路径研究

摘　　要：基于隐性知识视角,可以将高职学生身上的隐性知识、能力、经验、企业家精神、社会关系归结为大学生的隐性人力资本,对隐性知识和高职院校公益创业教育进行关联分析后,发现两者具有内在一致性。文章分析了当前我国高职院校公益创业教育在师资队伍、教学过程和学生主动性等方面存在的问题,并在此基础上,提出高职院校构建公益创业教育体系,应树立清晰的重视隐性知识的公益创业教育目标,培养具有深厚隐性知识积淀的师资队伍和善于挖掘隐性知识的"三创"型人才。Politechnic students＇ tacit knowledge, ability, experiences, entrepreneurship and social rela- tions can be defined as their bidden human capital from the perspective of implicit knowledge. Analysis of the relatedness between hidden human capital and polytechnic social entrepreneurship education indicates that hidden human capital is a critical factor. This paper analyses the problems in polytechnic social entrepreneurship education from such points of view as teaching staff level, instructional process and students initiative. It points out that, to establish an effective social entrepreneurship education system in polytechnics, students＇ implicit knowledge should be valued, a teaching team with profound tacit knowledge should be built and creative talents good at exploring the various possibilities of tacit knowledge should be trained.
