摘  要:随着?基础教育课程改革纲要(试行)?的实施,教师专业标准的颁布标志着我国基础教育师资队伍的培养迈入新时期.作为基础教育课程的实施者,中学英语初任教师教学能力直接或间接影响着新一轮基础教育课程改革的实施效果,影响着中学生英语能力和水平的提高.中学英语初任教师基于个体自主学习的教学能力发展的自主路径是“学习G实践G反思”.从个体的角度来说,中学英语初任教师基于个体自主学习的教学能力发展策略包括开展适应性学习、管理学科教学知识、撰写教学日志、分析关键事件和开展行动研究;基于合作共同体的教学能力发展策略包括集体备课、同课异构、开展课例研究和加入名师工作室等.The implementation of the basic education curriculum reform and the promulgation of the teachers'professional standards marks the new era of teachers'cultivation of China's basic education.As the implementer of basic education curriculum,teaching ability of novice English teachers in the middle school directly or indirectly affects the effect of implementation of the new round curriculum reform of basic education and the improvement of students'English language ability and level.High school novice English teachers'independent development of teaching ability is a path of 'learning,practice and reflectiveness'which means developing their teaching ability through personal reflectiveness in practice.From the perspective of the individual,the path of middle school novice English teachers'independent development of teaching ability includes carrying out adaptive learning,managing subject teaching knowledge,writing teaching journal,analyzing critical incidents and carrying out action research.Besides,the independent development path based on the cooperative community includes collective preparation for lessons,heterogeneous forms for the same subject,lesson study and teacher studio,etc.
