贵州城镇化进程中的职业教育发展研究

摘　　要：城镇化是社会发展的必然趋势,随着我国城镇化策略的实施,必然对人口、产业、经济、教育、就业等结构变化产生巨大的影响。城镇化进程的推进促进了社会分工,加大了对技能型人才的需求,自然就加大了对专门培养技能型人才的职业教育的需求。文章基于城镇化与职业教育的关系探讨,审视贵州的城镇化水平和职业教育发展现状,从办学模式、专业结构、教育布局、教育功能、师资建设等方面提出贵州职业教育发展策略。Urbanization is an inevitable trend of social development. With the implementation of China＇s urbanization strategy, it is bound to have a great influence to population, industry, economy, education, employment and other structural changes. The promotion of the urbanization process promotes the social division of labor, and it increases the demand for skilled personnel, which naturally increases the demand for occupational education to train specialized skills talents. Based on the discussion of the relationship between urbanization and occupational education, the paper puts forward the development strategy of Guizhou occupational education from the mode of running a school, professional structure, the distribution of education, education function layout, and the construction of teachers through looking at the level of urbanization in Guizhou and the current situation of occupational education development.
