摘　　要：以医疗保险/新农合为主题,运用主题追踪方法,在2015年"两会"期间对全网4208个站点进行舆情实时监测,以舆情关注度、媒体报道、两会代表委员提议、网民主要观点为主要分析维度,从主流媒体观点、两会代表委员观点和网民观点三方面入手将监测到的舆情信息进行汇总、过滤和分析,反映了近期社会公众对我国新农合制度改革的基本感知状况,为医改决策提供社情民意的参考。Taking medical insurance/NCMS as key words, by subject tracking method, public sentiment in 4208 network ports were monitored in NPC CPPCC in 2015. Making attention rate, media report, representive＇s proposal and main topics of web user as the main dimensions, the public sentiment information was summarized, screened and analyzed to reflect the awareness of NCMS and give reference for healthcare reform decision making.
