摘  要:PBL教学法是以问题为基础的教学方法,是我国医学教育模式改革的方向之一。本文对本校免疫与感染模块实施PBL教学情况进行总结;调查结果表明,PBL教学法得到大多数学生的认可,并可显著提高学生理论课成绩;但是学生对传统讲授式教学方式依赖度较高,学生认知水平是影响PBL教学的主要因素。本研究为在基础医学课程中实施PBL教学提供了有益的借鉴。Problem-based learning (PBL) is one way in which medical education in China is being revised. This study summarizes the PBL approach to teaching immunity and infection at the Fourth Medical Military University. Students were surveyed to evaluate basic medical courses taught through PBL. The results of the survey revealed that most students believed that they benefitted from instruction through PBL and that instruction through PBL improved student performance in theoretical courses. However, only half of the students were aware of the main ideas behind PBL, The survey also indicated that the cognitive level of students is a key factor for the effectiveness of teaching. Thus, the timing of the introduction of PBL should be carefully considered in accordance with the state of student learning. The results also indicated that students were highly dependent on traditional lecture-based learning (LBL), which may be the result of the exam-oriented education ubiquitous in China. This survey provides useful suggestions regarding the use of PBL to teach basic medical courses.
