摘 要:随着国内高铁线路投产规模的不断扩大,各地高铁的建设和运营需要更加稳定和可靠的电能供应。如何在电力负荷快速增长的情况下,顺利完成高铁牵引供电系统的建设,保障供电的安全性和可靠性,是供电公司需要面临的挑战。结合浙江省高铁牵引站业扩报装工作存在的问题进行深入分析,从人员专业技能、协同管理、信息技术支撑3个方面探索业扩报装提速的解决方案,以期为高铁牵引站业扩报装提速提供借鉴和指导。With the continuous expansion of production scale of domestic high-speed railway lines, high-speed railway construction and operation need more stable and reliable power supply. It is a challenge faced by pow-er supply companies that how to complete the construction of power supply system for high-speed railway trac-tion station and ensure power supply security and reliability with the fast increase of electric power load. This paper thoroughly analyzes the problems of the business expanding of high-speed railway traction station in Zhejiang province and explores solution to acceleration of the business expanding in terms of staff expertise, collaborative management, information technology support, expecting to provide practical reference and guid-ance for business expanding acceleration of high-speed railway traction station.
