摘 要:针对目前通信行业对高素质技能型人才需求的现状,引入CDIO工程教育模式对"现代通信原理"课程项目化教学进行探索与实践,提出以项目为载体、以任务为驱动、以实训带动整个教学的学生岗位技能培养思路.通过选取与优化项目内容、项目实施中多种教学方法合理选择与综合运用,以及探索CDIO理念下课程项目化教学,实施构思→设计→实现→运作四个阶段的授课流程,从而将课程教学与岗位技能及职业素质培养融为一体,培养学生的实践创新以及工程开发与团队协作能力.Given the current demands of high quality technical talents in telecommunication industry, this paper introduces CDIO engineering education mode to explore the project-oriented teaching of Modern Telecommunication Theory and proposes students’ professional competence training mode which takes projects as carriers,tasks as driving force and practical training as stimulus in the whole process. By selecting and optimizing the teaching content, adopting a variety of teaching methods and exploring project-oriented teaching based on CDIO,both teaching and professional skills and competence training are integrated following the teaching procedure:conception,design,implementation and operation in the hope of cultivating students’ practice, innovation,engineering development and cooperation within a team.
