摘　　要：近年来,专家学者们对如何促进大学英语教师的专业化发展进行了较多研究,提出了很多很好的建议,但已有研究主要集中在"需求或现状调查""发展途径探究""发展模式建构"以及"外部影响因素分析"等方面,关注大学英语教师教学反思的论文甚少。文章通过问卷调查和访谈,了解了目前大学英语教师的课堂教学反思状况,探讨了提高大学英语教师教学反思能力的方法和途径。In recent years,scholars and resea r cher s have done much re search on how to improve th e professional development of college English teachers and have put forward a number of very good suggestions.However,most researches are focused on＂investigation on demands or the current situation,＂＂the ways to develop,＂＂construction of developmental patterns＂and＂analysis of the external factors.＂Consequently,few papers have been published on the teaching reflections of college English teachers. This paper,by making a questionnaire survey and personal interviews,discusses the current teaching reflections of college English teachers and explores strategies for improving their reflecting ability.
