摘　　要：随着社会对物流应用型人才需求的增加,校企合作教育模式逐渐应用于物流管理专业的课程体系建设、实践平台建设、教学方式改革、师资队伍建设,使得物流人才培养质量明显提升,但同时仍存在一些问题需要解决和完善,以期不断提升物流人才竞争力。Along with the social demand for applied talents of logistics is increasing, cooperation between school and enterprise education mode applies to development of curriculum system, development of practice platform, reform of teaching methods, development of teachers. The personnel training quality significantly improved. However, at the same time, there are still some problems need to solve and improve to enhance competitiveness of logistical talents.
