摘  要:聚焦课程改革、学生终身发展等要素对语文教师专业成长的新要求,针对语文教师专业成长的现状及存在的问题,根据语文教师专业成长的阶段分期及各阶段特点,探讨在外控环境规范到位的前提下,市、区和学校等各个层面为语文教师专业成长提供了全方位的外在驱动力的前提下,基于"自我更新"取向的"自主驱动"型语文教师专业成长的一般路径及阶段成长路径,以促进语文教师的专业成长,最终促进语文学科教学质量和学生人文素养的提升。Focusing on curriculum revolution and students' lifelong development has imposed new requirements on Chinese teachers' professional development.The study investigates the current situation of Chinese teachers' professional development and divides the process of Chinese teachers' professional development into four stages.On the basis of the investigation and theoretical research,the study explores the general path of self-driven Chinese teachers' professional development and the specific path at the four stages.The study is intended to promote Chinese teachers' professional development,enhance the teaching quality of Chinese and improve students' humanistic quality.
