摘　　要：地方本科院校信息类专业可通过改革人才培养模式、调整学科专业结构、重构专业课程体系、改革教学方法与方式、重构实验教学体系、培养双师型教师等具体举措来培养高素质的应用型人才,推动实现地方高校向应用技术型大学的成功转型。The goal of transforming information technology specialties in local colleges is to cultivate high quality students with innovative and practical abilities. Therefore,efforts ought to be made in reforming the mode of talent development,optimizing specialty structure,rearranging specialized courses,reforming teaching methods and patterns,reconstructing an experimental teaching system,and cultivating teachers with dual expertise.
