摘　　要：总结我国青少年阳光体育活动内容的开展现状,分析了科学安排阳光体育活动内容应遵循的原则。以安徽师范大学附属小学的四年级学生为实验对象,进行了科学安排阳光体育活动内容的实践研究,根据实践结果提出具体的改进策略与建议,旨在为青少年阳光体育的可持续发展提供研究参考。The current situation of teenagers＇ sunshine sports contents in China is summarized,and the principles of scientific arrangement for sunshine sports contents are analyzed. The pupils of fourth grade in attached primary school of Anhui Normal University are used as experimental models,the practical research of scientific arrangement for sunshine sports contents is conducted,the specific strategies and advice are put forward based on the practice results,and the aim of the practical research is to provide research references for the sustainable development of teenagers＇ sunshine sports.
